Check in procedure

Thank you for booking with us. To make your check in smooth please read the following:

If arriving into Niseko Hirafu by bus: We offer a Hirafu Welcome Centre pick up service free of charge. 

If arriving into Niseko Hirafu by train: We offer a Kutchan Train Station pick up service for 2,000 JPY. 

We require your expected arrival time at least a day before arrival for us to arrange a van to collect you.

Upon arrival your name and room number will be on the whiteboard in the entrance to the lodge. Your key will be in the door to your room.

If arriving by own means you can press the buzzer on the whiteboard in the entrance to get staff attention.

Check in after 10:00pm will be of self check service where your room will be ready with your key in the door and your room number next to your name on the whiteboard in the entrance. You can catch a staff member from breakfast at 07:30 - 08:30 each morning if you have any questions or queries.
